Types of Massage Therapy
Depending on your individual needs, there a couple different types of massage that we recommend. Consult with our massage therapist to get a more specific recommendation!
The Swedish Massage is a full body massage that aims to alleviate stress and tension throughout the body. This is a gentler massage that is ideal for relaxation, relieving stress and anxiety, and promoting overall wellness.
Deep Tissue Massage
The deep tissue massage is a more targeted massage that aims to promote healing and relieve tension in certain parts of the body. This massage uses deeper more forceful strokes to stimulate the deeper layers of tissue, and therefore is more therapeutic than the relaxing Swedish Massage.
We accept workers compensation, personal injury, auto accident and some commercial health plans.
